A little over a week ago, USA Today asked to interview my dad to talk about foreclosures and the current state of the housing market. 

Next the AP called and scheduled a TV interview here in our office.  (We haven’t yet seen the results of this one).

And then, CNBC called wanting him to go into the Sacramento studio for an interview on Closing Bell.  Dad was in San Diego at the time, but luckily they have a studio there.  He did great!

I’ve passed my Brokers exam! 

I took it last Friday and had to wait till last night for the results to be posted.

I’m so happy!
