Freddie has 2 teeth!

She got the first one a week ago Thursday (9-13) and the second one the following Saturday (9-15).  She’s too cute.  They’re still quite hard to see since whenever her mouth is open she likes to stick her tongue out.

She’s super fast now too.  She crawls like she’s been doing it for ages.  I can’t turn my back for a second without her getting into something.  Her standing is better now too.  She doesn’t struggle to get to her feet…just does it.

She’s still spending most days at home with Guinness and a few days a week with my Mom.  She’s not in the office at all anymore.  I’m too busy and she’s too active.  I miss her.

Work is madness right now.  I hardly have a second to breathe let alone write blog posts.  I’ll really try to do better. 

This morning Guinness let her try the stairs.  She did it!  Just a small stairway from the upstairs landing to the archroom (four steps I think).  But she climbed them all by herself with Guinness sitting just below ready to catch if she turned the wrong way.

I can’t wait to see what she’ll do next.

I’m at work with a million things to do, but I must tell you about Freddie’s recent progress.

Monday before last (8/27), Freddie started creeping.  A sort of crawl but she ended up on her belly after each forward motion.  She was, however, able to get to just about anything she wanted.

Thursday (8/30), she began crawling.  Real hand and knee, forward motion crawling.  She never did crawl backwards.

Friday (8/31) she crawled to the sofa and pulled herself to a standing position.

She’s unstoppable!  She’s incredibly quick now and crawls to anything she thinks she might be able to pull herself up on…sofas, wooden chairs, coffee tables, anything of the correct height.  

There’s a video HERE of her pulling herself to a standing position in Jenner on Saturday…just one day after she did it for the first time.  She’s done it so many times now Guinness and I have stopped counting.  At least 40.
